Our consulting business was founded on the basis of a specific need. Simply put, the need to help small business owners see quantifiable results that they would not normally see through their day-to-day operations. Our founder, C. Christopher Kessen Sr., began his business career in the wholesale distribution business at age 16. Through the years Chris has owned 21 different businesses of which he founded 9 of them. He has experience in distribution, manufacturing, service and marine and automotive dealerships. Chris has been involved in both private sector ownership as well as the transition in a business he owned, into a publicly traded company. After nearly 30 years of entrepreneurial business experience his ability to share knowledge is exemplary, not only from a theoretical perspective but also from the practical application of the knowledge available. Chris' specialty is the strategic positioning of company's to maximize the ROI for shareholders.
